    Yes? I’d beg to differ. There’s no such thing as impossible to hit. If you pop out of cover, you’re exposed while firing. Other games have taken this into account via allowing “snap shots” or “opportunity attacks”, even if it means winning initiative and delaying attack until the other side pops out of cover.

      This is true. But I’m wondering if it’ll be based off the bonus AC if they were to hide behind a rock, tree, even their group tank. Making more difficult when rolling for successful D20.
