Lately, I’ve found myself asking questions that don’t come with quick answers.

What kind of legacy will I leave behind?

Will it be the stories I tell, the photos I take, the moments I shared with others—or something quieter, harder to trace?

This series, Legacy in the Lens, is my way of exploring those questions. It’s not just about photography, or hiking, or being in the woods (though those things are still at the heart of who I am). It’s about the reflection that happens when the camera’s down, when the trail goes quiet, and all you’re left with is the sound of your own thoughts and the wind off the ocean.

Each entry in this series will feature a photo from my adventures—paired with a journal-style reflection. Honest. Vulnerable. Sometimes uncertain. But always real.
