    There’s an OLD joke that the last thing a senile Irishman forgets on his deathbed is his enemies… They inherited that from Scotland, LOL.

    I was stunned to learned a couple of years ago that my ancestors were Scottish lairds! Not sure about the Viking element though; the original MacLachlans came from Ireland. https://mitchteemley.com/2019/08/05/well-never-be-royals-or-will-we/
