So over the weekend I took the hobbits(that’s what I call my kids) to OMSI. They were having a event called Game Masters “Iconic characters and Legendary game designers unit.”. The whole set up cool, when you first
walked into the room there where couple of rows with of classic arcade games. Turning the corner you have the old NES and N64 with Super Mario Bros. going . In the middle of that room you have
Sega classic fighting arcade games, things I remember from my childhood haha. Walk past that a little bit and you get into the PC gaming Warcraft 3, WoW, Starcraft 2 and they had Diablo 3 on PlayStation. They also had some other games on PlayStation Shadow of the Colossus next to Blizzard’s corner.

Walking back up through the room you have more platforms like Wii U, XBox, Sega (Saturn, CD). All play the classic games we grow up with, Sonic, Mario, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the list goes on. One you get past those there are booths for Rock Band that are set up as well as Dance Dance Revolution. Then you walk out and head up stairs, here you
walk into another room with more independent gaming and classic games like DooM, some old Disney hand held(rather odd to put those together, yet kinda funny.). Across from that we have TABLETOP!! The wonderful people from Guardian Games set up a room for anyone to play random Tabletop games. Of course me and the kids had to play a few rounds ;).
Now once you leave the Tabletop area you walk into a area for with some more PC games. Sim City, The Sims, Sim City 2000 are just a few that were lined up there, next to it were more touch
screen/motion controlled. There was Fruit Ninja, Angry Birds, other random tablet games and they also had Minecraft. The whole event was really cool to see and play on. After that we walked through the Life Science rooms and then on to the more hands on science, like making planes, robots etc. Most of these rooms are always there and never really change. But
they are always fun to play around with.
So after it was all said and done with we start our drive back and pick the wifey from work. From there we went to straight to bowling haha. Needless to say we’re all tired by the end of the day. But worth it in the end.
