According to Variety, Idris Elba is in early talks to play the lead villain in Justin Lin’s Star Trek 3, which features the return of Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, John Cho, Anton Yelchin, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg and Zoe Saldana. While details on the role are being kept under wraps, Variety reports that early rumors suggest that Klingons are the main villains in the upcoming sequel.
