So earlier this morning one of my friends forwarded this link to me just after I posted Times Are Hard. But Things Are Looking Up. The link was from  The Huffington Post By Ross Luippold, the post was about Bill Watterson’s Uplifting Advice To College Grads, Illustrated In ‘Calvin & Hobbes’ Style. Personally this hit way to close to home for me. So close that about half way through the comic my eyes started to water up. It seems everyday I hear what other people’s ideas are about my life and what I should be doing or my favorite line,”looks like you missed you’re calling”. When looking at this comic I can’t help but see myself and my family. I’ve always love Watterson’s work and with this little comic he has changed my out look on life.
